You will find the Greyhound situated in the village of Chevington, near Bury St. Edmunds, in the heart of the Suffolk countryside within easy reach of Bury St. Edmunds, Sudbury, Haverhill and Newmarket.

The Greyhound has been run by the same family for the last 24 years and has developed a reputation as a friendly Free House offering fine real ales and good food including specialist Asian Cuisine and traditional home cooked foods.

You will always find a friendly welcoming atmosphere at The Greyhound with Fine ales and home cooked food making it a regular destination for visitors near and far.

The homely restaurant seats up to 50 people and so we can comfortably cater for large and small parties.

The large pub gardens are great during the nice weather and include a slide and swings to keep the kids happy. If you prefer the indoors why not enjoy some of our traditional pub games on offer including our modern pool table.

Many visitors keep coming back both for the good food or just to sample some of the fine real ales that are on offer throughout the year.
